Overview
RNK Enterprise operates rnk-enterprise.us. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how it is handled. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. What happens on this site stays on this site.
Data We Collect
Contact and inquiry submissions. When you submit a contact form or documentation request, we collect the information you provide (name, email, organization, message). This is transmitted via our secure mail chain and retained for up to 90 days. It is not shared with any third party.
Cookies. We use only session-essential cookies — no advertising, no tracking, no fingerprinting. If you select "Necessary Only" on the cookie banner, only session management cookies are active. If you select "Accept All," we additionally log anonymized visit counts and basic error events for site reliability.
Server logs. Standard web server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, user agent) are retained for 30 days for security purposes and then deleted.

Security
All form submissions are transmitted via our encrypted chain infrastructure. No contact data is stored in a publicly accessible database. Our security architecture is described in detail in the Technology and Security sections of this site.
